Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash and carry and company checks with prior approval. If your company would prefer to pay on open account, we would be happy to send you a credit application which will allow you to pay within 30 days. We do offer a 2% discount on all open account purchases when paid within 10 days, to save you even more.

Q: What if I don't see what I need on your web site or in your catalog?
A: It's impossible to list every possible combination of the huge number of products at our disposal. If we don't have it in stock, we'll do our very best to get it for you. We have great relationships with all our suppliers, and can make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.
Q: Can you get me what I need in a hurry?
A: Absolutely! We offer same-day shipping on all in-stock items ordered before 4:30p.m. CST. We ship UPS Ground, FedEx, and can also expedite shipping by truck for large items. In addition, on items we don't normally carry in stock, we have arrangements with many of our manufacturers to drop-ship directly to you from the factory, saving you valuable time. Ask us for details.
Q: I'm in Jackson. Can I just come in and browse around?
A: We do have a retail walk-in counter, but we are not a retail operation. However, if you are local and we have what you need, you are certainly welcome to come in and pick it up.
Q: My company has a bid proposal for a project. Can you get me a custom quote?
A: Without a problem. Send us your Request A Quote or order form, and we will be happy to respond to your request in whatever format is required, quickly and easily.
